Ladies and gentlemen,

Please be informed that February sitting will be held from 6th until 16th of February 2024.

Making reservations for the February sitting will be possible from 9.00 a. m. on January 29th, 2024.

The examination sitting will be held from 9.00 until 15.00.

In February sitting we can accept:

- candidates with reservations and candidates for whom February sitting is the last sitting they can attend from 6th until 16th of February 2024

- candidates without reservations from 6th until 15th of February 2024

Please be informed that waiting room opens at 9.00 o’clock. Please do not arrive for exams earlier because it is not possible to wait for the exam inside the building before the waiting room opens.

There is a queue ticket machine in the waiting room. The tickets can be taken from 9.00 o’clock. Please follow the instructions given by the examination personnel.

Attention: On February 16th  candidates without reservations will not be allowed to take exams.

Please be advised that in accordance with Prime Minister's Order No. 524 of October 24, 2023, January 2, 2024 will be a public holiday for employees of government offices due to the Epiphany holiday falling on Saturday, January 6, 2024. The Civil Aviation Authority will be closed on this day.

Please be informed that January sitting will be held from 9th until 19th of January 2024.

Making reservations for the January sitting will be possible from 9.00 a. m. on December 29th, 2023.

The examination sitting will be held from 9.00 until 15.00

Please be informed that November sitting will be held from 7th until 17th of November 2023. Making reservations for the November sitting will be possible from 9.00 a. m. on October 30th, 2023.The examination sitting will be held from 9.00 until 15.00.

Please be informed that September sitting will be held from 12th until 22nd of September 2023.Making reservations for the September sitting will be possible from 9:00 a. m. on September 4th, 2023.The examination sitting will be held from 9:00 until 15:00.

In September sitting we can only accept:

candidates with reservations and candidates for whom the September sitting is the last sitting they can attend from 12th until 22nd of September 2023 candidates without reservations from 12th until 21st of September 2023

Please be informed that waiting room is opened at 9:00 o’clock.There is a ticket machine in the Examination Center waiting room. The tickets can be taken from 9:00 o’clock. Please follow the instructions given by the Examination Board personnel. Attention: On September 22nd candidates without reservations will not be allowed to take exams.

Ladies and gentlemen,Please be informed that July sitting will be held from 4th until 14th of July 2023.Making reservations for the July sitting will be possible from 9.00 a. m. on June 26th, 2023.The examination sitting will be held from 9.00 until 15.00.

In July sitting we can only accept:- candidates with reservations and candidates for whom the July sitting is the last sitting they can attend from 4th until 14th of July 2023- candidates without reservations from 4th until 13th of July 2023Please be informed that waiting room is opened at 9.00 o’clock.There is a ticket machine in the LKE waiting room. The tickets can be taken from 9.00 o’clock. Please follow the instructions given by the LKE personnel.

Attention: On July 14th candidates without reservations will not be allowed to take exams.

Please also be informed that on July 1st, 2023 the state of epidemic threat introduced due to SARS-Co V-2 virus will be cancelled and therefor computer examination sittings in Aviation Center of Państwowa Akademia Nauk Stosowanych w Chełmie will no longer be conducted as they had been introduced under Art. 15zzzzlh of the Act on special solutions related to preventing, counteracting and combating COVID -19, other infectious diseases and crisis situations caused by them.

Ladies and gentlemen,

Please be informed that March sitting will be held from 14th until 24th of March 2023.

Making reservations for the March sitting will be possible from 9.00 a. m. on March 6th, 2023.

The examination sitting will be held from 9.00 until 15.00.

In March sitting we can only accept:

- candidates with reservations and candidates for whom the March sitting is the last sitting they can attend – from 14th until 24th of March 2023

- candidates without reservations from – 14th until 23th of March 2023

Please be informed that waiting room is opened at 9.00 o’clock and only exam candidates are allowed to stay at LKE waiting room.

There is a ticket machine in the LKE waiting room. The tickets can be taken from 9.00 o’clock. Please follow the instructions given by the LKE personnel.

Attention: On March 24th candidates without reservations will not be allowed to take exams.

Please also be informed that on March 16th, 2023 the sitting in Aviation Center of Państwowa Akademia Nauk Stosowanych w Chełmie (Depułtycze Królewskie 55) will be held.

This is a sitting for candidates for PPL, SPL, BPL, LAPL. Reservations for this sitting will be possible form 9.00 on March 3rd, 2023. The examinations will be held form 9.00 until 15.00.

In March sitting in Chełm we can accept:

- candidates with reservations,

- candidates without reservations.
