In the Official Journal of the Republic of Poland a Regulation of the Ministers of Council of December 7, 2020 on international flights ban has been published under item 2189. It prolongs the international flight ban till December 31, 2020. The Regulation enters into force on December 9, 2020.

In the Official Journal of the Republic of Poland a Regulation of the Ministers of Council of November 24, 2020 on international flights ban has been published under item 2069. It prolongs the international flight ban till December 8, 2020. The Regulation enters into force on November 25, 2020.
The flight ban refers to international flights of civil aircraft to airports entered to the civil airports register and airfields on the airfield list of the Republic of Poland from the following airports:
1) Bosnia and Herzegovina;2) Montenegro;3) Georgia;4) the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan;5) the Republic of Armenia;6) the Republic of Kosovo;7) the Republic of North Macedonia;8) the Republic of Serbia;9) the United States of America, except airports located on the territories of the states of Illinois and New York.
The above-mentioned ban does not refer to aircraft performing international flights:
1) at the order of the Prime Minister;2) with a permit of the President of the Civil Aviation Authority;3) mentioned in Art. 76 item 1 of the Act of July 3, 2002 – Aviation Law;4) performed for the needs of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland and for the needs of foreign armed forces performing tasks on the territory of the Republic of Poland as defined in the Act of September 23, 1999 on the rules of the stay of foreign armed forces on the territory of the Republic of Poland and the rules of their movement through that territory (the Official Journal of the Republic of Poland of 2018, item 2110);5) chartered before the entrance into force of this Regulation at the order of a tour operator or an entity acting at its order;6) from airports located in states which notified to Poland the introduction of solutions guaranteeing that only passengers with a negative SARS-CoV-2 test are allowed on board of aircraft.
The Minister for Foreign Affairs publishes in their Official Journal an announcement with a list of states which notified to the Republic of Poland the introduction of solutions mentioned in paragraph 6 above.

The Civil Aviation Authority of Poland kindly reminds the air carriers that due to the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union, the transition period in which the EU law applies to air transport services performed by carriers on routes between Poland and the United Kingdom will have expired by 31st December 2020.

We kindly inform you that we plan to reinstate the examination from the December session, provided that government decisions make this possible. This will take place in a revised formula. However, it will involve some changes, due to previous decisions.
From 7-11 December 2020, the second week of the October session will take place.
Only those days will be allowed to take the exams:
- those who started taking the October session in the first week (13-16/10/2020),
- persons who have reservations for the second week of the October session,
- the people for whom the October session was the last session they could attend,
NOTE: Persons whose situation does not fall within the above points will not be able to take the exam on 7-11/12/2020, regardless of the circumstances.
The December session will take place on 14-23 December 2020.
Reservations for the December session will be possible from 9.00 a.m. on 21 November 2020. We request that you make a prudent reservation for the December session.
Only the exams for the December session will be allowed to take place:
- persons with reservations,
- persons for whom the December session is the last session they can attend.
The examination session will take place between 8.30 and 15.30.
As the December session can only be attended by those who have booked, the time at which candidates can come to the examination will not be indicated. Please note, however, that only half of the seats are still available and the number of candidates willing to take the exam is very high. With this in mind, and taking into account the time available for taking the test, it is recommended that you come to the exam in advance.
We would like to remind you that, in accordance with the derogations of 09 November 2020, the validity of certificates of completion of the training was extended until 09 March 2021. Thus, people who have not yet started passing, but whose certificates expired earlier, will have the opportunity to start passing until the March session inclusive.
Bearing in mind the situation related to the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus (COVID 19) on Polish territory, for the sake of your safety, the Air Examination Commission suggests that people who have planned to take examinations in December, but for whom this is not the last possible date, or whose situation does not require them to take the December session, should consider taking the examinations later.

In the Official Journal of the Republic of Poland under item 1982 a new Regulation of the Council of Ministers of November 6, 2020 has been published. It prolongs the international flight ban till November 24, 2020. The Regulation enters into force on November 11, 2020.
