In order to communicate effectively with our office, people who are deaf or hard of hearing can:

  1. use an application that allows translation from sign language (PJM and SJM) into Polish and from Polish into sign language (PJM and SJM). This service is available at the office in Warsaw, during the working hours of the Customer Service Point: Mondays:8:00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m., Tuesdays to Fridays: 8:15 a.m. - 4.15 p.m.
