Theoretical exams

Please be informed that May sittings will be held from 5th until 15th of May 2026 in Warsaw and from 19th until 29th of May 2026 in Chełm.

The examination sittings will be held from 9.00 until 15.00.
Making reservations for the May sittings will be possible from 9.00 a.m. on April 27th 2026, for both locations.

In May sitting in Warsaw we can accept:

• candidates with reservations and candidates for whom May sitting is the last sitting they can attend within their exam from 5th until 15th of May 2026,
• candidates without reservations from 5th until 14th of May 2026.

In May sitting in Chełm we can accept:

• candidates with reservations and candidates for whom May sitting is the last sitting they can attend within their exam from 19th until 29th of May 2026
• candidates without reservations from 19th until 28th of May 2026.
  
  

Please be informed there is a queue ticket machine in the waiting room in Warsaw examination center. The tickets can be taken from 9.00 o’clock. Please follow the instructions given by the examination personnel.

Attention:
On May 15th candidates without reservations will not be allowed to take exams in Warsaw.
On May 29th candidates without reservations will not be allowed to take exams in Chełm.

Please be informed that April sittings will be held from 7th until 17th of April 2026 in Warsaw and from 21st until 30th of April 2026 in Chełm.

The examination sittings will be held from 9.00 until 15.00.
Making reservations for the April sittings will be possible from 9.00 a.m. on March 30th 2026, for both locations.

In April sitting in Warsaw we can accept:

• candidates with reservations and candidates for whom April sitting is the last sitting they can attend within their exam from 7th until 17th of April 2026,
• candidates without reservations from 7th until 16th of April 2026.

In April sitting in Chełm we can accept:

• candidates with reservations and candidates for whom April sitting is the last sitting they can attend within their exam from 21st until 30th of April 2026
• candidates without reservations from 21st until 29th of April 2026.

It is hereby informed that the examination sittings included in the annual theoretical examination plan, held at two locations - the Civil Aviation Authority in Warsaw and the CAA Field Unit in Chełm - are treated as separate examination sittings.

This means that taking the theoretical examinations in the same calendar month at both locations will result in two separate examination sittings being opened.

ECQB 2026

Starting with September 2026 sitting, theoretical examinations for CPL, ATPL and IR, CB(IR) will be conducted based on the current version of the ECQB 2026 question database.
