  Concerns: Permit to entry into the Republic of Poland airspace and  non-commercial flights within the territory for an aircraft without Certificate of Airworthiness in the understanding of Annex 8 to the Convention on International Civil Aviation or Regulation (EC) No 1592/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council or in conditions not foreseen in the Certificate of Airworthiness when issued.
