REQUIREMENTS FOR AIR CARRIERS FROM NON - EEA COUNTIRIES

1. The documents required to be submitted together with the application for single commercial flight are:

• Air Operating Certificate with Operations Specifications
• Insurance Certificate
• Charter contract
• Operating Licence
• Airworthiness certificate>
• Noise certificate

The application for a permission containing the required data and documents, should be submitted before the planned commencement of carriage services within period not shorter than 3 working days.

2. The air carrier intending to perform series of unscheduled commercial flights comprising of at least ten flights is required to submit also:

• documents certifying the legal status of the air carrier and the structure of capital and actual control of the undertaking of the carrier
• document certifying authorisation, and in the event when so required under an international agreement, also designation by the relevant authority of a foreign state, to perform the carriage services specified in the application

The application for a permission containing the required data and documents, should be submitted before the planned commencement of carriage services within period not shorter than 14 working days.

3. The air carrier intending to perform scheduled flights is required to submit:

• Air Operating Certificate with Operations Specifications
• Insurance Certificate
• Operating Licence
• Airworthiness certificates
• Noise certificates
• Documents certifying the legal status of the air carrier and the structure of capital and actual control of the undertaking of the carrier
• Document certifying authorisation, and in the event when so required under an international agreement, also designation by the relevant authority of a foreign state, to perform the carriage services specified in the application
• Timetable before the beginning of every IATA season
• Tariffs applicable to air transport services performed in the territory of the Republic of Poland and in international carriage services

The application for a permission containing the required data and documents, should be submitted before the planned commencement of carriage services within period not shorter than 30 working days.
